Hi, Have you been able to successfully submit *BudgetOrderService* requests in the past, and they suddenly started failing, or is this the first time you've tried submitting these requests? If this is the first time or you are getting a different error from NO_BILLING_CUSTOMER_ACCESS, then this is probably a separate issue. In that case, please create a new topic so we can track this issue.
