Hello Sandeep, All of these extensions can be removed using the CampaignExtensionSettingsService <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201502/CampaignExtensionSettingService>. Check out the example on updating an ad extension <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/guides/extension-settings#update_ad_extensions>. That example can be modified to use *Operator.REMOVE* instead of *Operator.SET*.
