Hi Kimsrung, We don't currently plan to add this functionality to the API. However, you may want to check out our Estimating Traffic guide <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/guides/traffic-estimator-service> and Generating Targeting Ideas guide <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/guides/targeting-idea-service>, both of which will give you suggested bids and volume for keywords. Based on that information, you may be able to estimate your campaign budget.
