Hi Mike, Check out Ad Customizers <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/guides/ad-customizers> for your text ads. This is a cool feature that allows the substitution of text to provide real-time data such as a countdown timer, inventory quantities, and product names.
Dynamic Remarketing Ads <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/guides/dynamic-remarketing> provide the ability to add and remove items that are displayed to the user. The real-estate example may match what you need.
