Hi Holly,

I looked up all of the requests from the last 3 days that contained the IDs 
you sent me, and every one of them returned a successful response in less 
than one second.

This suggests that there's an issue with timeouts on your side, rather than 
within the AdWords API. Have you made any changes to the hosts where your 
app is deployed? For example, have you upgraded the .NET runtime recently, 
or changed any values in your App.config/Web.config?
