Hi,

You'll encounter that error if you are trying to enable call tracking on 
your call extensions (e.g., by setting CallFeedItem.callTracking 
<https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201502/CampaignExtensionSettingService.CallFeedItem#callTracking>
 to 
*TRUE*) but your account is not whitelisted for call tracking.

You can avoid this error by setting CallFeedItem.callTracking to *FALSE* (if 
you don't need call tracking), or by contacting your Google Representative 
to get added to the call tracking whitelist.
