Hi Heiko, Here is the Upgraded URLs guide <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/guides/upgraded-urls> which explain that multiple final URLs is usually used for the case where you are specifying a *trackingUrlTemplate*, and the tracker is redirecting some clicks to finalURL A and others to finalURL B.
You can edit these in the *UI* by choosing *Final URL* instead of *Destination URL* when editing your ad. However, in the UI you can only set *one* final URL. If you set multiple final URLs using the API, the first one will be displayed, and you can see the others via the balloon tooltip next to the displayed URL. Cheers, Raghavendra, AdWords API Team.
