Hi Mohit, To target a specific remarketing list using placements, check out our guide on Targeting user lists <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/guides/remarketing#targeting-user-lists>. The BiddableAdGroupCriterion <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/latest/AdGroupCriterionService.BiddableAdGroupCriterion> object has a field called *criterion* where you can set a Placement <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201502/AdGroupCriterionService.Placement> criterion.
