Hi,
What you understand is correct, {lpurl+2} denotes the (first) final URL
escaped twice.
It has nothing to do with final URLs number 2 - 10.
Developers are supposed to list up any URLs that will be reached finally
after redirection in *finalURLs
<https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201502/AdGroupAdService.Ad#finalUrls>.*
