Which timezone are these timestamps in? GMT+2? 300 concurrent requests sounds a bit extreme. How long does the overall process takes? Can you consider lowering the concurrency level? We'll if anything can be improved from our side, but generally we expect some low number of failures for this number of requests, which should be fully resolved with a retry. Do you put an account to the end of the queue if a request fails? -Danial, AdWords API Team.
