Hi Olivier, The *CustomerSyncService* will not give you before and after snapshots of the changed objects. It merely tells you *which* objects changed within the requested date/time range. Please see this post <https://groups.google.com/d/msg/adwords-api/pJxPuD1IKOQ/Mb2yPnjmYFwJ> for more details.
