Hi, Have you confirmed that there isn't an existing budget order whose dates overlap the start and end dates of the order you are trying to create? See the last paragraph on *Creating a new Budget Order* in our Budget Order Guide <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/guides/budget-order#creating_a_new_budgetorder> for details.
If you don't see an overlapping budget order in the UI, please send your SOAP request and response *only to me* by clicking *Reply to Author* on this post, and I'll investigate further.
