Hi, Are you using AdGroupCriterionService <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201409/AdGroupCriterionService> to get the list of keywords on an existing ad group or TargetingIdeaService <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201409/TargetingIdeaService> to get keyword ideas?
If you're just trying to get the list of keywords for an existing ad group, then I'd recommend using the KEYWORDS_PERFORMANCE_REPORT <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/reports#keywords>. Reports are much more efficient and lightweight than the SOAP services. See the guide on Structure Reports <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/guides/structure-reports> for more details.
