Hi, Please take a look at the examples in the PHP library's AccountManagement folder <https://github.com/googleads/googleads-php-lib/tree/master/examples/AdWords/v201409/AccountManagement>. The GetAccountHierarchy.php example <https://github.com/googleads/googleads-php-lib/blob/master/examples/AdWords/v201409/AccountManagement/GetAccountHierarchy.php> shows how to get information on the client accounts linked to an MCC.
For instructions on linking and unlinking accounts to/from your MCC, please check out the Managing Customer Accounts guide <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/guides/managing-accounts>.
