what predicates are you using in your API? Try to use same predicates for your code and Adwords account. The difference may be due to difference in predicates i.e in your application you might getting data for only active keyword while in adwords account you are seeing all keywords (including paused, removed) etc. Also make sure you are using same dates for google adwords and your application code. Make sure filters applied in adwords account are same as predicates in your application code.
