Hi, If you're looking for stats for keywords that are already in your ad groups, you can use the KEYWORD_PERFORMANCE_REPORT <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/reports#keywords>.
You may want to also check out the TargetingIdeaService <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201409/TargetingIdeaService> and its guide <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/guides/targeting-idea-service>. That service will give you keyword volumes for existing and proposed keywords.
