Sorry for the confusion But I have resolved the issue from my end. Let me tell you what I did, consider the scenario like this there is one main MCC Account and when I try to invite the mcc account1 by passing the client customer Id of main MCC account then it works perfectly but when I try to invite normal adwords account(Non-MCC) by passing the client customer id of main account then it doesn't work so instead I tried by passing the customer id of adwords account and then it worked :) Sorry once again!
