Hi, You can get the list of ad groups (and their IDs) using AdGroupService.get <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201409/AdGroupService#get> or by running an AD_GROUP_PERFORMANCE_REPORT <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/reports#ad-group> with zero impressions included <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/guides/zero-impression-reports> .
