Hello, You can select a TextAd's description using "Description1" and "Description2" fields. There are various URLs that can be tied to an ad. For information on all the fields (including URLs) that you may select, please look at our TextAd <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201409/AdGroupAdService.TextAd> documentation.
