Hi, The API won't provide you with the access level of users or linked accounts. However, you can use the ManagedCustomerService <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201409/ManagedCustomerService> to get information on account links and invitations. You may want to check out our guide on Managing Customer Accounts <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/guides/managing-accounts>, as that describes the service in detail.
