Hi Christian,

Thanks for the IDs - they confirmed our theory. Those IDs are for Adult or 
other sensitive products/categories. There's currently an issue with some 
of those slipping through and showing up in the response, even if you do 
not include the IncludeAdultContentSearchParameter 
<https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201409/TargetingIdeaService.IncludeAdultContentSearchParameter>
 in 
your request.

We're looking into how to address this, but for the time being the 
recommendation is to simply ignore IDs that are not in the CSV.
