The SOAP fault from the failure will contain more details. Please include 
that in your post so I can help identify the issue.

If you're not sure how to get the fault, the github page for the client 
library <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/clientlibraries> you 
are using should include a section on enabling logging in its *README.md* 
file.
