I'm trying to create a new MCC test account with the link on doc. After filling the form and click to "create test account", the page start refreshing and never stops.
I called to adwords assistant but they said is a problem due to changes on invoicing process (now is mandatory) and seams it's not implemented in test account process. Any Idea how can I create the account?
