1. You can request "BudgetId" column. Further budget parameters can be obtained by this ID. 2. You'll need campaign performance and display reports: See the reporting reference: https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/reports 3. Campaign Sub-Type is a UI-only field. It is only used to define which options are visible in the UI. It has no effect on delivery and not reflected in the API. -Danial, AdWords API Team.
