Hello, The targetAll field of the TargetingSettingDetail <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201409/AdGroupService.TargetingSettingDetail> corresponds to "bid only" vs. "target & bid" in the UI. Setting this field to "true" results in "bid only", and "false" corresponds to "target & bid".
