Hi Oliver, How you convert between currencies is ultimately up to you. There's a wide variety of exchange rate sources and you'll get different results depending on which sources you use (e.g., whether you use end of day or intraday exchange rates).
The AdWords API does not supply any exchange rate information, however. You will have to gather the exchange rates from a different source.
