Hi Inbar,

Are you using the same view that's specified for the Geo Performance Report 
on our Mapping Reports to the UI page 
<https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/guides/uireports#geoReport>?

If so, and you're still seeing inconsistencies, please send over:

   1. The report request you are sending (with any sensitive information 
   removed).
   2. A sample campaign ID and date range where you are seeing 
   inconsistencies.
