Hi Anand, You can only set a daily budget, as shown here: https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201406/TrafficEstimatorService.CampaignEstimateRequest#dailyBudget
Also, the currency should be in micros, not absolute currency values (1 USD = 1000000 micros).
