Thanks Josh, For the record, I'm sure we agreed to the T&Cs when we put in our credit card. Seems that part of the signup process has some issues.
Anyway, I did this, tested my script and got past the INCOMPLETE_SIGNUP briefly. This helped me uncover another issue in it (date format issue for OfflineConversionFeedService), but once I correct this, I'm now getting the INCOMPOMPLETE_SIGNUP error again. Suggestions?
