I am trying to generate a refresh token using the OAuth2TokenGenerator by following the steps given here: https://github.com/googleads/googleads-dotnet-lib/wiki/Using-OAuth2TokenGenerator
However, I can't seem to find the "latest binary distribution of the client library" with the OAuth2TokenGenerator.exe file. Could someone point me in the right direction? Thanks!
