Hello, when I try to use one of the example in the PHP library I encounter this error : QuotaCheckError.INCOMPLETE_SIGNUP <https://groups.google.com/forum/#%21topic/adwords-api/BCb2ofTAEE0> I've read other topics on the subject but I can't solve my problem. I'm using a developer token to make calls against a test MMC account. I also entered billing information on the developper's MCC and accepted T&C, but I constantly get the following message when clicking "Save changes" :
