Alan, Yeah - typically if you know the ad group ID, typically you should also know the campaign ID that contains it. If you ever need to find out, you can use the AdGroupService to query for the AdGroup <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201406/AdGroupService.AdGroup> .
