Hello, The analogue in the API is the CustomerSyncService <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201402/CustomerSyncService>. You can find changed ads and criteria (including keywords) in the AdGroupChangeData <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201402/CustomerSyncService.AdGroupChangeData> .
