Hi,

If this is an AdWords for Video campaign then the API will not return any 
information on that campaign. However, in the UI there may be a *View 
Change History* link, similar to what is available for standard (non-video) 
AdWords campaigns. If you don't see such a link I would recommend 
contacting AdWords for Video help via the *Contact Us* link here:

https://support.google.com/adwords/answer/2375497?hl=en

For standard AdWords campaigns, API changes *do* appear under *View Change 
History*, but I don't know if that's true for AdWords for Video.
