Hi, One alternative would be to use the LocationCriterionService <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201402/LocationCriterionService> and specify a locale <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201402/LocationCriterionService.LocationCriterion#locale> of "de". The API will interpret your input location names as German and will return results in German as well.
