Could you send the following *only to me* by clicking *Reply to Author* on 
this message?

1. The customer ID of the AdWords account
2. The customer ID of the MCC account or AdWords account where you created 
the Conversion (if different from #1)
3. SOAP requests and responses from your latest attempt
