Hi Group, I am new to Adwords API and it may be a very basic question.
For creating Bid Strategy with "I'll manually set my bids for clicks" can use MANUAL_CPC / MANUAL_CPM. But I am not sure which option (Bid strategy) to be used for "AdWords will set my bids to help maximize clicks within my target budget" for a new campaign.
