Hello, It actually appears we don't have an example for this in our PHP client library yet. I've reached out internally so we can get one written.
In the mean time, AddCampaignTargetingCriteria.php should still be a useful reference. To use a negative keyword, you would create a NegativeCampaignCriterion and put that into a CampaignCriterionOperation in order to add it to the campaign of your choice.
