Hi there,

I'm really sorry that due to a technical problem at my end this response
did not make it to you originally.

1. & 2. PLA campaigns are considered to have priority 0, so if you create
an overlapping Shopping campaign with priority 0 then it will be down to
highest bid. You can override your PLA campaign by using a higher priority
for the Shopping campaign, but not vice versa.

3., 4., 5. The 'position' within the Shopping results box for a Google
search is determined by an auction, much like with other ads. However, we
do not report the position for PLAs and do not currently have any plans to
do so.

6. Both campaign types have the same ClickType, which has recently
changed<http://googleadsdeveloper.blogspot.ru/2014/04/change-to-clicktype-value-in-adwords.html>
 to
be 'Product listing ad'.
