Hi Ashish, You could do this by setting up a BiddableAdGroupCriterion<https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201402/AdGroupCriterionService.BiddableAdGroupCriterion> with the criterion set to your list and the various bidding options<https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201402/AdGroupCriterionService.BiddableAdGroupCriterion#bidModifier>configured as needed.
