Hi,

Changes made through the API will be visible in the UI via the *View Change 
History* link. From the API you can use the 
CustomerSyncService<https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201402/CustomerSyncService>
 to 
find campaigns, adgroups, etc. that have 
changed<https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201402/CustomerSyncService.CustomerChangeData>.
 
The API does not provide a way to find the user who made each change or 
whether the change came from the API or the UI.
