Hi Our Managing Customer Accounts Guide<https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/guides/managing-accounts> describes the steps for sending invitations from your MCC to your client accounts, as well as the steps for accepting the invitations programmatically. Once a client account accepts the invitation to be part of an MCC's hierarchy, the MCC will have access to the client account.
