Hello,

Please make sure the account you were logged in when doing OAuth2 flow has 
the access to the AdWords account you are trying to access.

I recommend logging off of any Google account and getting a new refresh 
token. When requested, log in as your MCC users. Also make sure the 
clientCustomerId you send in the request is correct.
