Hi, I tried to get all red alerts via AlertService (api adwords v201402) api response gets one red alert "PAYMENT_NOT_ENTERED" for customer-id: 157-170-6206 but when I log on to adwords.google.com i can see more alerts, for example: "Display advertising can be suspended soon as your account balance is almost depleted" (customer-id: 336-670-8987). The question is, do i should also get red alert of type "ACCOUNT_ON_TARGET" with this customer id? How can i get alert about "balance is almost depleted" for customer nr 336-670-8987? (I use all of type alerts in 'AlertQuery' and all available 'severities')
