Hi Michael,

I believe you but you have to understand that this is how Google has been 
throwing me around:


   1. I checked the API documentation and it said I should contact the 
   support team for the account inaccessible error.
   2. The support told me it's an API issue and I should check on this 
   forum but I told them the documentation said to check with Support.
   3. Then they told me it was a billing issue
   4. I checked with Billing and they told me to check with the support 
   team.
   5. The support team told me to check with this forum.
   6. Now you're telling me to check with the support team.

This all just seems a bit ridiculous. The API has been down for a month now.
