Apparently the ad groups which are not shown in KEYWORDS_PERFORMANCE_REPORT are the ones without specified keywords. I thought that it wouldn't matter since only "Content" is returned as Keyword in report, it seems quite confusing to me and I didn't see it mentioned in a help. What report should I use to get complete Cost estimate for Display Network for individual campaigns? Is it possible to use DISPLAY_TOPICS_PERFORMANCE_REPORT or should I rather use CAMPAIGN_PERFORMANCE_REPORT? Thanks.
