I created a userlist in the UI called "UK remarketing" and want to retrieve the userlist id. How do I retrieve the userlist ID? I was thinking it's a GET operation for the AdWords userlist service: https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201309/AdwordsUserListService
