I was wondering if there were any kind of performance differences across
operators for predicates. For instance, looking through our code base I
find these statements all over the place:

      Google::Ads::AdWords::v201309::Predicate->new(
         {  field    => "FeedId",
            operator => "IN",
            values   => ["$feed_id"],
         }
      );

Where, even though there is only a single value we use the "IN" operator
instead of "EQUALS", is there any kind of penalty in this scenario? Or is
"IN" defined in a such a way that it defaults to "EQUALS" in the case of a
single value?

Thanks.
Hunter.
