I've checked with the team and clarified the behavior. Effectively, this text means that the "Query" field will be truncated, so if you have a few queries that a longer than 128 chars and first 128 chars are the same, you will end up with a few rows (one per query) with the same contents of the "Query" column (first 128 chars). We'll re-word the documentation for clarity. -Danial.
