Hello, I've seen other people with the same issue. I've tried the solutions pointed in the threads.
NON TEST MCC Account: 141-526-8251 TEST MCC Account: 291-393-7808 chlid TEST MCC Account: 402-457-3208 I think billing and TOS are ok on NON TEST MCC Account. Please can you check if there is any problem with the accounts.
